Barrett R. Stephens

Born:

Chalmette, Louisiana, 1981.

Education & Memberships:

B.A., Louisiana State University, 2004; J.D., Loyola University New Orleans, College of Law, 2007; Law Review Honors ; member Moot Court National Team; admitted to the bar, Louisiana and to Practice in all Federal District Courts in the State of Louisiana.

Other Civic Activities, Honors:

Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. During service in the Marine Corps, forward deployed in Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon completing service with the Marines, received honorable discharge at the rank of Sergeant.
Clerkship for the Honorable Lance M. Africk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Named as a Rising Star by the SuperLawyers publication. Successfully argued before the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, en banc, as well as the Louisiana Supreme Court causing new rulings regarding the availability of uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance coverage to guest passengers in automobiles.

Jeremy H. Call

Destrehan, Louisiana, 1987.

Education & Memberships:

B.S., Accounting, with specialization in Internal Auditing; Minor, Political Science, Louisiana State University, 2009; J.D., D.C.L, Louisiana State University; admitted to the bar, Louisiana and to Practice in all Federal District Courts in the State of Louisiana.  Nearly a decade of prior litigation practice representing insurance companies and other large corporations, providing understanding and knowledge of insurance practices for the benefit of the client.
